RACO Industries’ Yard Director™ YMS Yard Management System is a web-based mobile application designed to provide control, compliance, asset visibility and efficiency for your trucking yard through real-time tracking and reporting on vehicle locations and contents. Real Time Alerts
Yard Director YMS supports SMTP email alerts triggered when user defined thresholds are crossed configured by web based administrative console. For example, if the temperature of a refrigerated trailer goes above 32 degrees, Yard Director YMS will send an email alert to users whose user profiles indicate they should receive that alert.

Yard Director YMS currently supports the following alert types:

Security logs all plant ingress and egress with wireless hand-held scanners, and optionally generates a bar coded tag (using a wireless printer) for each vehicle, which can be used to speed and simplify vehicle identification.
