Payment Policy:

New accounts- C.O.D., Established Accounts with Approval - Net 30 Days. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. A finance charge of 2% per month and a $10.00 collection fee will be charged on unpaid balance.

All orders that are paid via wire transfer will be charged a $25.00 fee. Customers within the United States can use ACH as an alternative to wire transfer.

Shipping or Freight:

All freight F.O.B. , Cincinnati, Ohio.

Orders being shipped via United States Postal Service will have a $10.00 flat rate handling fee added to the freight charges.

Returns:

No returns without prior authorization. Returned items subject to a 15% - 25% restocking charge. Returns must be made within 10 - 30 days pending manufacturer or vendor policies and must be in their original containers. Please check with your sales representative for more information. No returns on custom items, unless defective.

Minimum Orders:

Minimum order is $35.00, excluding tax (if applicable) and shipping.

Processing Fees:

An $8.00 processing fee will be charged for less than $35.00 orders. Repairs are not included for minimum.
