Automatic Number Conversion

The PATHFINDER Ultra System is your solution to implement a bar code inventory control system. If your vendors use a unique numbering system when they ship products to you, the system automatically converts their numbers to yours. When goods are received, key or scan the manufacturer's number. The printer will automatically produce a bar code label with your numbering system.

It also records goods received and helps take physical inventory.

Receive, Label, Count

1. Download a database from the host detailing the corresponding supplier/in-house part numbers.
2. When goods are received, select the supplier number, then key enter or scan the supplier's part or SKU number.
3. Pull the trigger and the printer produces a new bar code label with the correct in-house part number. Every time the trigger is pulled, a received quantity database is automatically updated for later uploading to the host.
4. The system can also operate in a no-print mode for recording the receipt of items that are already labeled properly. The database quantity field is automatically incremented by scanning or key entering the quantity received.

Inventory, Cycle Count

1. Perform a physical inventory in a fraction of the time. Count each part number/SKU by scanning or key entering the number or by scanning one and entering a quantity.
2. When complete, upload data to the host and you have detailed, accurate inventory information.
