Improve employee productivity
The LXE TM1 Session Manager for Telnet sessions prevents the host from closing the Telnet session because of a temporary connection loss with the mobile computer due to battery swap-outs or movement outside of the wireless coverage area. This means less down time and greater productivity because employees don't have to re-login if the connection is lost.

Centrally manage remote login
The IT administrator can use the LXE TM1 Session Manager to administer the login scripts for all users in one location. A default login script can be assigned to each new user, multiple login scripts can be created, and multiple users can be assigned to each script, simplifying network management.

Manage User Connections to Host
The LXE TM1 can also be used to prevent unauthorized terminals from connecting to the application host. It can also be used to disconnect idle sessions and to generate system alarms if the host connection is lost. Both network security and reliability are improved by the LXE TM1 Session Manager.

Extend the Life of Legacy Host Applications
The LXE TM1 LDS Gateway allows LXE customers with host applications using the LDS protocol to migrate to modern TCP/IP based wireless networks giving your applications longer life.
