Here's the solution for tight rewind of large rolls and for slitting large rolls up to 40cm (16") in diameter. With a newly developed Gear-Driven Amplified-Torque Motor, this Rewinder brings impressive power to your project. Equipped with "Quick-Chuck"™ quick-locking Core Chuck, the CAT-40G is ready for your tough assignments. Supplied with a Universal Worldwide 90-240V 50-60Hz Regulated Power Supply.

The LABELMATE CAT-40G is available in two versions. For label rewinding, the standard LABELMATE CAT-40G manages the rewind process with a Sensor Arm that turns off rewinding when your printer stops or runs out of labels.

For slitting applications, you'll want torque available fulltime so you do not need the Sensor Arm. In that case, order the LABELMATE CAT-40NSA (for "No Sensor Arm"). You'll save $100.00.

This durable Rewinder is designed for continuous 24/7 duty and has a stunning 5-Year Parts and Labor Limited Warranty, five time the industry norm!

The CAT-40G is shown with the Outer Label Flange removed. The Sensor Arm controls the rewinding on this high-torque unit.

The CAT-40NSA looks the same except without the Sensor Arm.
