ENHANCED LABEL DESIGNING CAPABILITIES

• EASYLABEL EXPRESS true WYSIWYG design, and our "ruler" on the format design screen will speed up your layout tasks. You also get functions like Group Move of Fields, Rotate Picture, Change Format Orientation and custom spacing of text characters in a bar code interpretation.
• For high resolution pictures, you can use Microsoft Paintbrush or any software capable of creating a PCX, BMP, TIF, WMF or EPS graphic file format. EASYLABEL EXPRESS supports TrueType fonts, and allows you to create lines, boxes, graphics and logos; reverse, slanted and arced text; circles, ellipses, shaded boxes, special effects and much more.
• When creating a Paragraph Field you can also read-in an external text field, ideal for label formats with a lot of text such as food ingredients, product descriptions or hazardous material warning information. For emphasis and compliance, you can italicize, embolden, superscript or underline specific portions of text. With EASYLABEL EXPRESS you can design, proof and print labels with text, graphics and bar codes faster and better than ever before!

ADVANCED BAR CODE FEATURES

• EASYLABEL EXPRESS meets Automotive, U.S. Government and Health Care Specifications, as well as Shipping Container Standards for bar codes for internal use or customer requirements. It will also meet all existing compliance labeling specifications including UPC/EAN-128. You can also choose two-dimensional bar codes such as PDF417 for encoding high density data.
• For compliance with HIBCC specifications, you can copy just the Check Digit from a previous bar code into a second bar code as a data field. You can also select the check digit to include in the bar code, such as Mod 7, Mod 9, Mod 10, Mod 11, Mod 16 or Mod 43.
• EASYLABEL EXPRESS complies with FDA ingredient labeling requirements or Department of Transportation, OSHA and local governmental regulations for hazardous material warning labels and "Right to Know".

GREATER VERSATILITY FOR LABEL PRINTING

• The Print Queue stages up to 200 printing jobs, and allows you to modify their priority for complete flexibility. Set up an entire day's production at the start of a shift! The Print Queue provides an accurate picture of your status by showing the number of labels yet to be printed, and allows you to save all the non-printing jobs for future use even if you exit EASYLABEL EXPRESS.

SUPPORT WINDOWS PRINTERS, COLOR PRINTERS

• Because EASYLABEL EXPRESS supports other Windows Printer Drivers, you can design labels for printer drivers already installed on your system, such as Dot Matrix, Inkjet or Laser Printers. EASYLABEL EXPRESS also supports color graphics and text on color printers, and is delivered with multiple printer drivers for thermal/thermal transfer and continuos form laser printers.
• Multitasking capabilities allow you to drive from 3 to 96 printers simultaneously (number varies per printer supported) in the background while designing labels or modifying the print queue in the foreground.
