AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro is an advanced inventory management solution for mid-sized businesses with high-volume, multi-site/multi-user requirements. Intuitive and easy to use, AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro comes with everything you need to track your inventory accurately. AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro will track each activity from receiving through shipping and everything in between. AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro delivers a powerful yet flexible inventory management solution that can greatly increase productivity in your warehouse and manufacturing operations.

AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro provides support for sales order entry, purchase order entry, receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, physical inventory and cycle counting capabilities. All these functions are available at both the PC workstation level and at the wireless handheld level. When used in conjunction with AML M7100 wireless (RF) data collection terminals, AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro enables real-time receiving, put-aways/moves, picking, shipping, and inventory cycle counts. AML M7100 users can capture critical inventory data - at the right moment, in the right place, in real-time.

AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro is compatible with external accounting systems such as QuickBooks Basic, Pro, and Premier (2002,2003 & 2004). Quick-Trak Inventory Pro tracks the inventory side of the business while QuickBooks does the accounting side.

AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro enables up to five (5) users to access the system simultaneously - as well as up to one hundred (100) concurrent AML M7100 wireless terminals.

Receiving
AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro simplifies the receiving process through the use of wireless data capture technology. It supports receiving purchase orders, returns, and unexpected receipts. These transactions can be performed at both the PC workstation level and/or with the AML M7100 wireless portable data collection terminal.

Put-away/move
 AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro simplifies the put-away process by providing warehouse personnel with real time visibility to the location of products within the warehouse. The ability to quickly determine the best location for inbound inventory is a key factor in improving the productivity and efficiency of your warehouse operations.

Cycle counting
Cycle counting is an effective tool in identifying training problems within the warehouse. AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro provides scheduled as well as random cycle counting functionality. This process can be accomplished in real time and the inventory reconciled very quickly.

Stock replenishment
AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro provides a series of inventory management reports that allow you to monitor and maintain your inventory at the optimal levels. When used in conjunction with our standard reports, the AML M7100 wireless terminal provides quick and easy stock replenishment capabilities.

Shipping
The Shipping or Ship Confirm function within Quick-Trak Inventory Pro provides a final check-and-balance for all picking transactions performed in the warehouse.

Picking
The Picking function within AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro plays a key factor in contributing to significant increases in warehouse productivity and inventory accuracy. When coupled with the AML M7100 wireless portable data collection terminal, the picking module provides real time feedback and validation.

Import/export
The Import/Export Module within Quick-Trak Inventory Pro is the keystone between your accounting/ERP system and warehouse operations. On the Import, this module features the capability to import purchase orders, sales order, item master files, customer databases, and vendor information. On the Export, this module can be used to complete daily warehouse operations such as PO receipts, inventory adjustments, sales order picking and sales order shipping.

Reporting
 AML Quick-Trak Inventory Pro provides many standard report formats for use in everyday business. Using these standard report formats and our on-the-fly querying capability, you can easily generate various reports. Here are some common examples:

  • On-Hand Inventory (by Item, Location, Category)
